The detailed seminar agenda is in development, but you can expect the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals to continue its 30+ year tradition of providing an excellent forum for concerned, involved professionals to discuss the issues requiring immediate or imminent attention by you, your board and your management.

The Society will apply for CLE accreditation; however, the number of credits is still to be determined.

Our financial hardship policy grants reduced registration fees for those Society members and New York attorneys who qualify.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds of any registration fees will be paid at the rate of a full refund less $75 with written cancellation (e-mail is acceptable) received by the Society on or before October 30, 2008. There will be no refunds after October 30. Substitution of attendees is permitted.

Rate: $439 per night single/double

Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

If you are considering attending the Issues Update seminar, we suggest you make your hotel reservations now. Our hotel room blocks frequently sell out prior to the cut-off date and hotel rooms in New York become more difficult to secure as the holiday season approaches.

Transportation Discounts
